Why was my athlete billed on the first day of their hold?

When an athlete's membership is placed on hold, Wodify will automatically push back the due date of their next invoice to account for the duration of the hold. If the athletes hold start date is the same as their billing date, the athlete will be charged, but their next invoice due date will be pushed back to account for the time missed. 

Here's an example: If an athlete's billing day is the 1st of the month and is placed on hold from 3/1-3/31, they will be billed on 3/1 but will NOT be billed on 4/1. Rather, their next invoice due date will be pushed back to account for the time missed during the month of March, making their next invoice date around April 1st.

NOTE: If you do not want your athlete to be billed on the start date of their hold, be sure to make  the hold start date the day before their billing date- this will ensure they are not billed on their billing day.
