How do I navigate appointments on my Kiosk?

The appointment widget on your kiosk can be used for viewing past, present, and future appointments, as well as checking athletes into their appointments or quickly canceling appointments. This will be clearly marked by a red calendar icon located on the right side of the screen. Follow the steps below to access the kiosk widget and manage appointments.

Accessing the appointment widget

  1. Login to Wodify Admin
  2. Click Kiosk in the menu
  3. Click on the small calendar icon shown in red on the right side of the screen. This will trigger your appointment window to fly in on the right side of your kiosk.
     

Tips & Tricks:

  • The kiosk view will default to the current time of day so that you can easily see your next upcoming appointments.
  • Scrolling up and down will enable you to see upcoming and past appointments from that day.  You are also able to scroll down and future dated appointments will also display. 

 

 


Checking Clients into Appointments

Checking clients into appointments is important in order to properly track no-shows, and ensure that the membership gets updated properly. 

1:1 Appointments

  1. Open the appointment widget on the kiosk
  2. Scroll to your desired appointment
  3. Click on the 'Check-in' toggle

Semi-Private Appointments

  1. Open the appointment widget on the kiosk
  2. Scroll to your desired appointment
  3. Click 'View All'
  4. Scroll to the desired client
  5. Click on the 'Check-in' toggle

Canceling Appointments

You will also have the ability to cancel any appointments if necessary. This is a good way to avoid any unnecessary penalties taken against your athletes, if you received word of the cancellation within the cancellation window you have defined for your service.

1:1 Appointments

  1. Open the appointment widget on the kiosk
  2. Scroll to your desired appointment
  3. Click on the arrow next to the service name
  4. Click 'Cancel Appointment' at the bottom of the widget

Semi-Private Appointments

  1. Open the appointment widget on the kiosk
  2. Scroll to your desired appointment
  3. Click 'View All' or the arrow next to the service name
  4. Remove a single attendee by clicking the X that appears over their picture or cancel the entire appointment by clicking 'Cancel Appointment' at the bottom of the widget.

Tips & Tricks: The search option at the top of the widget can be used to quickly find an appointment by searching the client or provider name.  The filter for services can also be used to further simplify the display on the kiosk.

 


Checking providers into appointments

  • The provider check-in feature can be used to ensure that providers greet clients and check them in
  • This check in will be integrated with payroll or attendance tracking during the first half of 2017
