What are the appointment automated email options?

With our new appointments features comes a whole new set of automated emails, designed to help you run your sessions with ease. You are also able to customize these email templates to fit your gym’s unique style.

These automated emails can be found under 'Communication' > 'Settings' > 'Automated Email' > 'Appointments' 

 

Below is a list of automated email options specific to Appointments and a brief description of each: 

Email Template Description When is the email sent to clients?
Appointment Cancelled - Send to Client Email affected clients when an appointment is cancelled.  Instantly
Appointment Cancelled - Send to Provider Email the affected provider when an appointment is cancelled.  Instantly
Appointment Created - Send to Client Notify clients of a new appointment booking Instantly
Appointment Created - Send to Provider Notify providers of a new appointment booking Instantly
Appointment Follow-up Send clients a message after attending an appointment After X appointments*
Appointment Reminder Remind clients of a new appointment booking X hours prior to cancellation deadline* 

Membership Expiring - Appointment Sessions

Alert a member their session membership is expiring When only 1 session remains on membership

Appointment Rescheduled - Send to Client

Notify clients of a rescheduled appointment  Instantly

Appointment Rescheduled - Send to Provider

 Notify a provider of a rescheduled appointment Instantly 

* Sent based on settings configured within the automated email template

 

Tips & Tricks: You can also customize email templates specifically for each service from within the service configuration itself by selecting 'Manage Email Templates'.
