How do I create a new Lead?

Leads can be tracked with Wodify. Tracking leads allows you to manage, contact and update the status of your lead through your sales process.

 

Leads can be created 3 ways:

  1. Manually create a Lead in Wodify
  2. Prospect visits your website and submits a contact form
  3. Prospect sends an SMS to your gym


Once a lead is in Wodify, admins and managers can log phone calls, emails, notes, and add attachments to the lead. Once the lead is ready to try your On-Ramp/Preliminary program, the lead can be converted.

 

Admins, Managers, and Coaches have the ability to create new leads within Wodify.  To manually create a Lead from within Wodify:

  1. Log into Wodify Admin
  2. Click 'People' > 'Leads'
  3. Click '+ New Lead'

  1. Fill out all required fields:
    • Name
    • Email
    • Status
  2. Click either 'Create' or 'Create & Edit'
    • Create will save the lead profile and take you back to the lead list
    • Create & Edit will save the lead profile and take you to the newly created profile to view and make edits
