How do I deactivate or reactivate an Athlete?

If an athlete is no longer attending your gym it is best practice to deactivate the athlete. You will no longer be included in your monthly Wodify charge and they will no longer be included in your 'Active' athlete reports. You will not lose any information on this athlete and can reactivate them at any time.

 

To Deactivate an Athlete:

  1. Login to Wodify Admin
  2. Click 'People' > 'Athletes'
  3. Click on the athlete you wish to deactivate
  4. Click the 'Actions' drop down menu
  5. Click 'Deactivate'
  6. The athlete will no longer be able to log into Wodify or post results to the Coachboard.


To Reactivate an Athlete:

  1. Login to Wodify Admin
  2. Click 'People' > 'Athletes'
  3. Click 'Inactive' to display the inactive athlete list
  4. Click on the athlete you wish to reactivate
  5. Click 'Reactivate'

The athlete will now be able to log into Wodify and post results to the Coachboard.


Tips & Tricks

  • Only Admins and Managers can deactivate or reactivate an Athlete
  • Athletes can not be deactivated if he or she has an unpaid non-membership invoice
