How do I email invoices?

Admins and Managers can email invoices through the Wodify web app.

To email invoices:

  1. Go to Wodify Admin > 'Financial' > 'Invoices'
  2. Find your invoice and open
  3. Click 'Actions > 'Email Invoice'
  4. Verify the email recipient, subject, and body contents
  5. Click 'Send Email'


All emails are logged to the Activity History of both the recipient and sender.

Invoices can also be emailed from the Point of Sale app:

  1. Open POS
  2. Click 'Invoices' from the left subnav
  3. Find your invoice and click 'View'
  4. Click 'Email Receipt'
