Admins and Managers can email invoices through the Wodify web app.
To email invoices:
- Go to Wodify Admin > 'Financial' > 'Invoices'
- Find your invoice and open
- Click 'Actions > 'Email Invoice'
- Verify the email recipient, subject, and body contents
- Click 'Send Email'
All emails are logged to the Activity History of both the recipient and sender.
Invoices can also be emailed from the Point of Sale app:
- Open POS
- Click 'Invoices' from the left subnav
- Find your invoice and click 'View'
- Click 'Email Receipt'
