How do I add a payment method?

Payment methods are added to Athletes to pay for invoices.  Admins/Managers can add payment methods for all Athletes.  Athletes can only add and view their own payment methods.The first payment method created is automatically the Athlete's default payment method.  

The default payment method is indicated by the checkmark in the Payment Info list view.  The default payment method will be the payment method used to pay for the membership.

Athletes can add as many payment methods as they wish.  Click 'Make Default' next to the payment method you wish to pay for the membership.


Athletes: Creating payment methods from Web app:

  1. Login to Wodify from PC/Mac
  2. Click 'My Profile' in the top right corner
  3. Click 'Payment Info' on the left sidebar
  4. Click 'Add Payment Method'
  5. Choose your Account Type. The values in this field depend on your box's settings, but the default options are Credit Card, ACH, Cash, or Check
  6. Fill out the rest of the page as required
  7. Click 'Add Payment Method'


Athletes: Creating payment methods from Mobile app:

  1. Login to Wodify from mobile device
  2. Click the slider nav and click 'Settings'.
  3. Click 'Payment Info'
  4. Click 'Add Payment Method'
  5. Choose your Account Type. The values in this field depend on your box's settings, but the default options are Credit Card, ACH, Cash, or Check
  6. Fill out the rest of the page as required
  7. Click 'Add Payment Method'


Admins/Managers: Creating payment methods for Athletes:

  1. Login to Wodify Admin
  2. Click 'People' > 'Athletes'
  3. Find the Athlete you wish to add a payment method and click to open the Athlete record
  4. Under 'Payment Methods' click 'New Payment Method'
  5. Choose the Account Type. The values in this field depend on your gym's settings, but the default options are Credit Card, ACH, Cash, or Check
  6. Fill out the rest of the page as required
  7. Click 'Add Payment Method'
