How do I assign a coach to a class?

Admins & Managers can assign Head Coaches and Assistant Coaches to Recurring Classes and Classes from the Wodify Admin app.  Both Head Coaches and Assistant Coaches are displayed on the Wodify and Public Calendars.

Assign Coaches and/or Assistant Coaches to Recurring Classes

  1. Go to Wodify Admin > 'Classes' > 'List' > 'Recurring' > choose your Recurring Class
  2. Scroll to the Coach dropdowns and choose the Head Coach and/or Assistant Coach you wish to teach each class
    • Only users with the Coach role are available options in the Head Coach and Assistant Coach dropdown
  3. Click Save


Assign Head Coaches and/or Assistant Coaches to Classes


Admins and Managers can assign or change Coaches in the Classes tab.  It may be necessary at times to change the Coach for a single class due to vacation, illness, or a temporary change.

  1. Go to Wodify Admin > 'Classes' > 'List' > choose your Class
  2. Scroll to the Head Coach and/or Assistant Coach dropdowns and select your coaches
    • Only users with the Coach role are available options in the Head Coach and Assistant Coach dropdown
  3. Click Save

 

IMPORTANT: If Wodify Payroll is enabled you can add multiple positions and employees to classes.
