How do I create a new revenue category?

In Wodify there are 8 default Revenue Categories that can be selected when creating manual invoices or running Point of Sale transactions.

These 8 default categories are: 

  • Membership Sales
  • Merchandise/Retail Sales
  • Late Cancellation Fees
  • Store Credit
  • Wodify Billing
  • Drop-ins
  • No-Show Fees
  • Free Trials


To create new Revenue Categories:

  1. Go to Wodify Admin > 'Financial' > 'Settings' > 'Revenue Categories'
  2. Click 'New Revenue Category'
  3. Label your new Revenue Category and click 'Save'


You will then be able to use this new revenue category when creating manual invoices or retail products.
