How do I manage product inventory?

Track product inventory to better manage which products are out of stock and when to order more of your product.

To manage inventory:

  1. Login to Wodify Admin
  2. Click 'Retail' > 'Inventory'


From here you can view your products and adjust inventory levels as necessary. The two buttons you can use to adjust inventory are:

  • Add: Enter a number in the input field. When you press 'Add', the number in the input field is added to your current inventory on hand (i.e. if my product has 10, I can add 5 for a total of 15)
  • Set: Enter a number in the input field. When you press 'Set', the number in the input field becomes your new inventory on hand (i.e. if my product shows I have 10, but really I only have 5, I can set my new inventory to 5)


After making your changes click Save in order to finalize your updates. 

If you make a mistake you can click the Reset button to change your inventory to its last saved amount.
