What are my allowed payment methods?

Wodify allows gym's to determine which payment methods are available to athletes as stored payment methods, which ones Admins/Managers can add to athletes, and which ones are used for Drop-Ins and Retail Sales.

To Set Up Available Payment Methods:

  1. Login to Wodify Admin
  2. Click 'Financial' > 'Settings' > 'Merchant Gateway Configuration'
  3. Click 'Edit' under 'Allowed Payment Method'
  4. Use the Checkboxes to determine which payment methods are available for Athletes, Admins, Drop-Ins and POS
  5. Click Save

 

IMPORTANT: If you choose to not accept a certain form of payment, uncheck the checkbox next to the payment form under the appropriate column.  For example, if you do not accept American Express, uncheck the boxes for 'Accept American Express'. With the boxes unchecked, your members will no longer have 'American Express' as an option when adding payment methods, will not have it as an option for drop-in sales, or retail point of sales.  

If you remove a payment option that a member has already created, the billing system will still recognize the members payment method and will still attempt transactions using that card.  If needed, have the member enter a new payment method.  The system will display a warning message for all payment methods members have entered.
