How do I set up payroll?

We highly recommend you follow the steps below to learn about Wodify Payroll and how it works with your class schedule, coachboard, and employees.

  1. Add the 'Staff' role to non-coach/manager employees
  2. To enable Wodify Payroll, go to Wodify Admin > 'Payroll' > 'Setup Payroll' and click 'Enable'
    • Choose how often you pay your employees:
      • Bi-Weekly (choose the day of week that starts each pay period)
      • Monthly (your pay period ends on the last day of each month)
      • Semi-Monthly (ends on the 15th and last day of each month)
      • Weekly (choose the day of week that starts each pay period
  3. Update existing position rates per location, program, and/or employee
  4. Create any new positions and assign rates per location, program, and/or employee
  5. Go to Wodify Admin > 'Classes' > 'List' > 'Recurring' > Select a Class and add coaches to classes as needed
  6. Learn about the Coaches Widget on the Coachboard
  7. Learn about Processing Payroll

 

IMPORTANT: Wodify Payroll will not cut checks to any of your employees. Wodify Payroll is a system to track how much you owe your employees per pay period.
