How do I navigate the My Performance tab?

My Performance



The My Performance tab is located in the Wodify app and is divided into the below sections:

  • Performance Card
  • Gymnastics
  • Weightlifting
  • Metcons
  • Weightlifting Totals
  • Add Performance


Performance Card

The Performance Card displays important WOD information for each athlete.  The Performance Card will display the current selected movements:

  • Estimated or Actual 1 Rep Max
    • Estimated 1 Rep Max is only displayed if an actual 1 Rep Max is not available
    • Estimated 1 Rep Max is based on the "Brzycki" formula
  • Personal Records (PRs)
    • Gymnastics
      • Best Effort
    • Weightlifting
      • Heaviest at this Measure
    • Metcons
      • Best Time
      • Most Rounds + Reps
      • Most Reps
      • etc...
    • Weightlifting Totals
      • Best Total
  • Weight Percentage Chart Based on 1 Rep Max
  • Movement History
  • Chart displaying results over time



Gymnastics, Weightlifting, Metcons, and Weightlifting Totals

  • View results over time
  • Export results to Excel


Add Performance

Create your own or another athlete's personal performance:

  1. Choose your Athlete
  2. Choose the Type (Gymnastics, Weightlifting, Metcons, Weightlifting Totals)
  3. Choose the Component (based on Type selection)
  4. Click 'Add'
  5. Choose Date, Enter Rep Scheme, and Measure


To Add a Custom Metcon:

  1. Go to Athlete Performance > Add Performance
  2. Choose your Athlete
  3. Choose 'Metcon' as Type
  4. Enter a Description for you custom metcon
  5. Choose your measure
  6. Click Add
  7. Choose Date and enter results


Tips & Tricks

  • The Athlete Performance tab is not available on the mobile app
  • Only Admins & Coaches can view the Athlete Performance tab
  • Click the 'Reset' button to remove your current filtered results
  • If you want to view Performance results from one specific day and by class, use the Coachboard
  • If you want to view Performance results from one specific day, use the Whiteboard
