Improvements 🚧

  • Wodify Billing failed payment emails will now link out to help documentation for additional details in regards to specific billing errors.
  • 'Payment Failed' emails sent to Admins when an invoice has been re-opened will now include additional details about why the payment had failed. Just trying to help our users GET PAID.

Bug Fixes 🐜

  • Users who use Internet Explorer 11 will once again have the ability to use filters without seeing an error.  We're such Google Chrome groupies, we sometimes forget Internet Explorer still exists.
  • 'Email as a Test' option in automated emails will be able to be utilized again so that users can properly preview emails prior to them being sent out.  
  • Conversation emails will once again be able to be sent out to specified segments.
  • Filters within the Conversation list will once again work as expected.  Let Wodify filters save you from all the mouse clicks!
  • Admins will have the ability to respond to conversations from the iPhone Mail App and the emails will be tracked within the conversation in Wodify Admin.
  • Admins will once again have the ability to scroll through a class' reservation list through the Wodify Admin App. Ready, Set, Yay!
  • Recurring classes created using customized recurring interval settings will be created on their expected dates.
  • Coaching changes made to recurring classes will now be reflected on one off classes.  We realize this keeps breaking - WE'RE REALLY SORRY and appreciate you being so patient with us.
  • Credit Card swiper will once again be able to be used to charge drop ins allowing gyms to bring in more of that money, money, money.
  • Managers will once again have the ability to close out athlete invoices using their saved payment methods of Cash or Check. 
  • Billing contacts in Wodify Payments transactions will no longer receive the "Payment Failed" email for normal credit card declines.
  • Wodify Payments tenants will now respect Minimum Cart Value settings.
  • Billing contacts in Wodify Payments tenants will no longer receive the ‘Payment Failed’ email for normal credit card declines
  • Locations can now be removed from a service if there are no longer any providers associated with it. Perfect timing for some Appointments Spring cleaning.
